Hip new hotel with decent and efficient staff and pleasant views of snow covered mountains. Lots of toast and yoghourt at breakfast. Good area, very central location right by restaurants / grocery store, and stores, restaurants and things to see and do. Plus, 15 minutes drive from a small museum. Really had amazing stay during our road trip.

The TV constantly lost signal, making it impossible to watch anything. Plus, parking was a nightmare—had to use the grocery store lot next door. Really frustrating when all you want is a relaxing stay.

Fairly large and clean hotel, location was peaceful really close to a grocery store, casinos. I liked the room with a view, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was met by courteous and welcoming staff at the lobby.

The location is superb, especially with the supermarket next door. Spacious room, cozy atmosphere, and a clean bathroom with quality toiletries. The staff, for the most part, was friendly and accommodating. the check-in process was slow, and the shower offered lukewarm water. Breakfast options were ample but lacked healthy variety; sodium-heavy items overshadowed fresh choices. the pull-out bed setup was disappointing due to missing linens and pillows. Thin walls compromised privacy. While the amenities were good, minor details like peeling wallpaper and a misfit toilet seat require attention. All in all, a potential for a great stay with some necessary improvements.

The clean rooms were a breath of fresh air, and the large bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the waffle maker, though the morning staff could use a little warmth. The two-bedroom suite was cozy, albeit a bit tight for five. Stairs were a workout, especially with heavy bags, and the unlinked key cards were frustrating. Having a grocery store nearby made meal prep easy, but there was a dingy feeling in some areas that could use attention. A cozy fireplace would’ve been great in the cold weather. Would stay again, but packed lightly!

Everything was fine for a stop between Jackson Hole and Lake Tahoe.
